UAE Local Production:
For critical infrastructure protection, supply chain matters as much as engineering. Today, ECOCENTER Technical Services LLC announces the launch of local chainmail mesh production in the UAE — bringing manufacturing of our core protection material directly to the region we serve.
Our chainmail mesh protection system has been certified by independent European laboratories. The Corderie Dor test (Chassieu, France) confirmed a single-ring break load of 45 tonnes. The CITEM comparative table documents zinc coating at 220 g/m² and net resistance of 16–50T.
Now that same certified technology — 6-contact ring weave, hot-dip galvanised steel wire, ≥5,000 kJ impact absorption — is being manufactured in the UAE.

The 6-contact ring weave geometry — the same specification tested and certified in Europe — is confirmed in local production. Wire diameter 2.5–4mm, hot-dip galvanised zinc coating, tensile strength ≥1410 N/mm².
With local mesh production established, ECOCENTER is ready to move from concept to installation on the first UAE pilot project. Our passive protection system — engineered for fuel storage tanks against upper-zone aerial threats — can now be delivered with full local supply chain from mesh production to installation.
